How are your products made?
Recycled wood products.
Our products are entirely handmade, one by one, from recycled wood and material, they are unique and therefore identical copies cannot be made. Any possible imperfection should not be considered a defect, but a feature that, on the contrary, adds value to the product.
Prints.
Our posters are produced with professional printers and long-lasting colours.
We print on high quality 185 grams, acid free paper produced with 100% ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) cellulose, with hydroelectric energy and FSC certified.
When will my order arrive?
It takes 3-5 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. Shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- Canary Islands: 3-7 working days
- Spain and Europe: 7-14 working days (except delays due to courier companies or external events)
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Customs duties and additional taxes may apply to international orders. These duties are not under our control, are calculated by the local customs office and vary greatly from country to country.
My parcel has not arrived yet, what can I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
- Check the shipping confirmation email to see if there are any errors in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your parcel.
- Drop by your neighbours' house in case the courier has left the parcel with them.
Pro tip: Parcel theft is on the rise; if you are expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address you know you will be at.
If the delivery address is correct and the parcel has not been left at the post office or a neighbour's house, please contact us at hello@jardindelmar.es and give us your order number.
How can I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped.

I have received the wrong or damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you have ordered has arrived damaged.
To help us resolve it quickly, please email us at hello@jardindelmar.es within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We will contact you as soon as possible.
No claims will be accepted after this time.

What is your return policy?
We will offer you a refund or free replacement, as appropriate, of damaged or defective items.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU transposed into Spanish law by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for all products made to measure or clearly personalised at the customer's request.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items.
If any of these cases happen, please contact us at hello@jardindelmar.es with photos of the wrong or damaged items and we will sort it out for you.

Can I exchange an item for other sizes?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about the size of a poster or wooden sign, please refer to our size and print size charts - we have one for each item listed in our shop, in the product description section.
How can I pay for your products?
We accept the following payment methods
- Credit/debit cards via a secure platform (e.g. Stripe)
- Bank transfer (details will be provided at the time of purchase)
- Cash payment (for on-site pick-up only)
If I choose on-site pick-up, what should I do?
If you decide to collect your product at our location, you must contact us by e-mail at hello@jardindelmar.es or by phone/whatsapp +34 619315361 to agree on the day of delivery.
